Customized Scholarships

At 10,000 Degrees we have created several opportunities for our donors to support students. We have found that in addition to providing support for our overall program, some supporters like to provide scholarships for students. Supporters can donate to our general pool for Undergraduate Scholarships, or in some cases, donors may want to establish a special scholarship.

Our Donor Advised Scholarships are established by donors who wish to create a scholarship with specialized eligibility requirements for students – above and beyond established eligibility for all scholarships distributed by 10,000 Degrees. For example, a donor may establish a scholarship  for students who are pursuing a degree in a specific field. These scholarships, offered in conjunction with the 10,000 Degrees Undergraduate Scholarships, offer the best opportunities possible to our students.

With an annual contribution of $10,000 or more, our team will work with you to develop a package that provides financial support and persistence guidance to ensure the student(s) access and graduate college. Our knowledgeable staff will help you determine appropriate eligibility requirements, program calendar timeline, process elements, and appropriate award amounts and distribution.  As your partner, we will conduct all aspects of program administration.
