The Program Team provides advising, mentorship, and professional skills development to ensure its scholars are successful in and beyond college. Once in college, the team offers one-on-one coaching through to graduation to help address, among others, academic, financial, and/or socio-emotional challenges that scholars experience on campus, to identify opportunities that enrich the college experience, and to position them for professional success upon graduation.
