The Power of Partnering with 10,000 Degrees

10,000 Degrees believes in the power of partnerships as a win-win for organizations to advance community impact objectives and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies while furthering 10,000 Degrees mission to support students from low-income backgrounds to and through college. By teaming up with 10,000 Degrees, together we can increase access to career experiences, skills, and connections for the students in our community who need it the most.

10,000 Degrees is fortunate to partner with First Republic Bank in multiple ways:

  • First Republic employees volunteer for 10,000 Degrees student workshops, and act as mentors and organizers on the 10,000 Degrees Young Professionals Council.
  • In addition, First Republic has hired 10,000 Degrees students for internships each summer and provided funding for college scholarships.
