The College Access Program Manager is an integral part of the 10,000 Degrees mission and our partnership with Hope Rising initiative in Lake County. This position will launch and lead our work with Lower Lake High school, developing and ensuring quality service delivery of all programming to students and families, as well as developing a strong partnership with Lower Lake High School (KUSD) school personnel, school district partners and local community based organizations.
This position will also provide direct support to seniors through assisting them in accessing college and career pathways, applying for financial aid, facilitating college readiness and success workshops for students and families, and representing the organization alongside the development team at fundraising events.
The College Access Program Manager may have the opportunity in the future to directly supervise a 10,000 Degrees College Access Fellow. This is a full-time exempt position.
