The Director, Evaluation and Learning, will provide leadership and day-to-day management for all performance management and evaluation activities for 10,000 Degrees programs and our continuing evolution toward a data driven culture. The Director will oversee the design and maintenance of program performance management systems, all data collection, and all internal evaluation efforts.
The successful candidate will bring previous experience with data systems and strong analytical skills to the role, and will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. S/he will be intellectually curious, yet grounded in his/her awareness of others’ perspectives and sensitive to the challenges that 10,000 Degrees students and direct-service staff experience.
