This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and will help inform, lead and guide the organization in designing and implementing a comprehensive talent development plan with specific strategies geared towards:
Talent development will have a target focus on developing 10,000 Degrees leadership pipeline beginning with recruiting alumni and recent college graduates with similar lived experiences to our students and developing their professional skills to grow into future fellows, managers and directors.
This position will partner with the CEO, Executive Team and Director of Human Resources and Payroll to drive accountability around employee support, hiring, training, and access by focusing on positioning HR within an equity imperative and building and sustaining a culture of inclusion.
