The Payroll & Benefits Manager is an integral member of the Finance and Operations team and is responsible for processing timecards, semi-monthly payrolls for 100+ full-time and part-time employees, benefits administration, related onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, training and development.
This position will be a hybrid role (combination of virtual and in-person) based in our San Rafael office
10,000 Degrees recently adopted our latest five year Strategic Plan (2021-2026), which seeks to serve significantly more students. Ensuring that we are effectively administering the payroll and benefits for our growing staff will be critical to the success of our efforts.
