Responsibilities

  • Support CCSF Fellows in managing their caseloads to reach their academic success goal
  • Participate in Fellow led weekly office hours
  • Facilitate weekly supervision meetings with Fellows
  • Participate in regular program collaboration meetings between regional College Success teams
  • Conduct initial onboarding and ongoing content expertise training for CC Fellows, including financial aid & transfer support
  • Build & maintain excellent relationships with CCSF community colleges
  • Coordinate financial aid submission & completion workshops with the success team to support 10KD scholarship recipients
  • Facilitate annual training with Access staff on community college matriculation for CCSF
  • Collaborate with the scholarships department on scholarship Fall & Spring acceptance and scholarship renewals
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate files and data; generate program reports & campaigns in Salesforce
  • Collaborate w/ the College Access team in San Francisco to ensure a successful transition for new scholarship students & to ensure effective program communication, ongoing
  • Travel within assigned region
  • Support 10,000 Degrees Development team at fundraising events
  • Support 10,000 Degrees Leadership team on panels, consulting projects, and data requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Commitment to 10,000 Degrees’ mission, values, and goals Bachelor’s degree
  • First-generation college graduates from low-income backgrounds preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Community College Alum preferred
  • Experience in financial aid and college access/success matriculation steps is strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google applications, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Willing to learn and be self-reflective
  • History of working effectively as part of a team

Location:

In-person presence is required three (3) days per week. Additional days may be required for meetings.

Compensation Package:

  • The salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000/annually
  • This is a full-time, exempt position
