10,000 Degrees proudly provides scholarships to students with significant financial need who exhibit a strong desire to go to college and accomplish their educational goals. The majority of the scholarships we administer are available to students from the Bay Area regions we serve: Marin, Sonoma, San Francisco, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Napa, and Lake counties. By submitting the 10,000 Degrees Scholarships application, students automatically apply to ALL available scholarships currently administered through 10,000 Degrees based on your eligibility.

If you are awarded a scholarship at 10,000 Degrees, our support does not end with you receiving a scholarship check! All 10,000 Degrees scholarship recipients receive one-to-one support from our trained Fellows who provide you with ongoing mentorship both on campus and off during your entire college journey, whether you begin at a community college or four-year institution. After you graduate, you will also have access to our Career and Alumni Success services, and will be invited to stay connected to 10,000 Degrees through our Alumni LinkedIn group and Young Professionals and Alumni Council networking group.

Please note, some scholarships require supplemental materials, so read all directions carefully. For further clarification, read our  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

**Beware of scams! You should never have to pay to apply for a scholarship or receive support. 10,000 Degrees will never charge you a fee.
