Hello, fantastic students! With finals and the holidays on everyone’s mind, I’m sure you’re all very busy, but when you get a breather, please contact me with your scholarship documents to receive your scholarship for next semester/quarter.
TO RECEIVE YOUR SCHOLARSHIP CHECK FOR NEXT SEMESTER/QUARTER:
1) Final grades from Fall 2011 term (even if you didn’t pass 12.0 units and/or receive a 2.0 GPA, we need these for our records)
2) Enrollment verification (class schedule) for Winter/Spring 2012 term with AT LEAST 12.0 ACADEMIC UNITS (contact me if you have questions about what qualifies as “academic”)
