- Email Scott your enrollment verification (class schedule) for the upcoming academic term with at least 12.0 academic units.
- Email Scott your final grades for Fall 2011 with your name and school visible
- Once we have these two items, your check will be processed and mailed out
- Please allow 2 -3 weeks for receipt of checks
